A MOTORIST was taken to hospital with a serious leg injury after an accident near Rosyth Dockyard yesterday (Wednesday).
Emergency services rushed to Milne Road around 6.50am after a Honda Integra left the roadway and collided with a lamp-post.
Only one car was involved in the incident. The road was closed while fire crews helped to extricate the male driver.
An ambulance took the injured man to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary where he was treated.
