No water tonight for some West Fifers

THE water supply in parts of West Fife will be shut off from 7pm tonight (Monday) until 7am tomorrow.
The work is taking place as part of a major project to improve the security of the water supply across Fife.
Andy Ducat, project manager for Scottish Water, said, "We are taking every effort to keep disruption to a minimum by scheduling the shut down for during the night when the majority of customers are asleep and businesses are closed.
"We do however apologise in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause."
Scottish Water have already written to customers who will be affected.

Report commentOh dear, I do hope Rosyth is not affected, might start getting a bit fishy before its meant too. On a serious note though, lets hope its not off for long, nothing worse than not being able to fill the kettle to make a nice cup of tea!

Report commentYou know the difference between you and jan, apart from jan still being called jan and not on their 4th attempt at acceptance. You have no redeeming quality, jan at least makes sense sometimes.

Report comment.....but YOU don't understand sense do you Blackadder? And you have no argument; only insults. If it wasn't for a fascistic control freak on these pages who doesn't like the truth I wouldn't have been blocked. As it is I'm not blocked now and there is nothing you can do about it. I'm "accepted" now, "redeeming quality" or no "redeeming quality" whatever that is supposed to mean.
