THERE was a stampede for tickets for Scottish comedian Kevin Bridges's Dunfermline dates when they went on sale yesterday and within hours both shows were sell-outs.

A spokesperson for the Alhambra said tickets were "flying out the door" as soon as they went on sale at noon, even though the shows are still eleven months away.

The Glaswegian, one of the funniest men on the circui, brings his show 'The Story Continues …' to Dunfermline on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th December following on from his hugely successful sell-out tour of the UK and Ireland in 2010.

Having made his debut on BBC 1's 'Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow' in 2009, Kevin has now gone onto host the Bafta nominated 'Live At The Apollo' and Channel 4's 'Stand-Up For The Week'.
