Police issue fresh appeal on Halbeath blaze
FIFE police have issued a fresh appeal for information following a fire at the derelict building formerly known as the Hotel Roma, Main Street, Halbeath on 3rd May.
Detective Constable Pat Callaghan, who is leading the enquiry, said, "Along with our partners at Fife Fire and Rescue Service we are continuing to carry out investigations into this fire and are committed to identifying those responsible.
"We are still treating the fire as suspicious and I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time or who has information regarding the fire to come forward and contact us as soon as possible.
