FIVE people aged between 35 and 68 are due to appear in court following a drugs raid in Kelty.

The three women and two men face charges of possession and intent to supply heroin after police raided the house in Centre Street, Kelty.

The accused were arrested and bailed to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on 25th July.

Detective Inspector Michelle Johnson, who led the investigation, said, "Fife Constabulary is committed to ridding the scourge of drugs which affects our society.

"These arrests send a message to everyone that we will not tolerate the possession or supply of any illegal substance."
