Dunfermline man set for Olympic Games
With the Olympics less than two weeks away, a Dunfermline man is ramping up his preparations for London 2012.
As one of the top 15 water polo table officials in Britain, Paul Metcalfe (25) has been chosen to keep an eye on proceedings in London this summer.
The Dunfermline Water Polo Club member will officiate games between some of the best nations in the world, including Hungary and Serbia, as well as keeping an eye on how our own Team GB are doing.
Paul, of Pitreavie Castle, found out in November he would be heading to London after five years of preparation to make the grade.
