All the Primary 1 photos coming soon in the Press
IT'S a proud day when a child starts school and the Press is capturing those memories by taking photos of all the new Primary 1 classes in West Fife.
There are 43 primary schools we'll be featuring in the paper with hundreds of kids, resplendent in their new uniforms, included in a new supplement which will be out towards the end of this month.
We'll let you know the exact date - we're still pulling together all the photographs - nearer the time via the Press, the website, Twitter and our Facebook page.

Report commentA perfect example of how poor value the Press is now! What value (to me) is a newspaper filled with photographs of children going to school? I can see them every day from my window. How about some actual local NEWS? Past time to get some of the reporters out and about instead of sitting all day in the office ringing their pals and forgetting even how to use a spelig chequr.

Report commentLet me be the first to say.Congradulations on reporting such hometown news.
Although some people do not consider a newspaper filled with photo's of children going to school importent. We must think about what it means to those children to go home and say mommy, daddy My pic.is going to be in the paper. These are momments that will be treasured for years to come.As I am a retierd Custodian and a father of 8 children.
A smile from a child is like a new day with plenty of Sunshine.Thank you for giving these children fond memories.

Report commentBetter than seeing set up photos of torn-pussed folk bleating about how the cooncil haven't done this, that or the next thing for them.
