One of the world's leading great white shark experts will be at Deep Sea World, as part of their Shark Week event on Friday.

Andrew Fox from the Australian-based Fox Shark Research Foundation will be spending the day at the North Queensferry aquarium.

He will be sharing his experiences of working with and photographing great white sharks in South Australia.

Deep Sea World's Aisling Thornton said, "It's fantastic to have such an expert on the secret world of the great white shark here at the aquarium as part of our Shark Week celebrations.

"As well as sharing his experiences and showing a selection of his amazing photography, Andrew will also be available to answer any great white shark-related questions from visitors.

"This is a fantastic one-off opportunity to get an insight into these awesome predators from one of the world's leading shark experts. If you love sharks, then this is for you!" she added.
