THE votes are still being counted, but the word on the ground is that Labour's Alex Rowley has more than 50 per cent of the ballot.
A Labour spokesman told the Press, "We're very confident of a good result tonight - the SNP has been gubbed in Cowdenbeath.
"We expect a comfortable victory for Labour."
