One lane has been closed between Junction 2 (Masterton) and Junction 1 (Admiralty), while two lanes are expected to be shut for up to 30 minutes between Junction 2a (A92) and the B916 (Aberdour Road).
To make matters worse, there is also a breakdown between Junctions 3 and 2a, blocking one of the two lanes and backing up traffic as vehicles attempt to pass.
