A SECTION of the A92 between Crossgates and Cowdenbeath has been closed due to a serious accident on the eastbound carriageway.
Emergency service crews are working at the scene of the incident, which happened at around 1.30pm this afternoon.
Police have confirmed that the road will be closed "for some time", and a diversion is in place for traffic to exit at junction three for Halbeath via Crossgates to rejoin the A92 at the Cowdenbeath interchange.
