Thanks for cancer support

I AM writing to you on behalf of my friend, Annette Lynas, and myself to show our appreciation to all those people that assisted us in raising much needed cash for breast cancer.

Annette and I wish to thank all our friends and family, who made our fundraising event on 27th September 2008 a great success.

We would like to especially thank all the staff at The Yard, Rosyth, and the live band, Absolute Zero, who both not only supported the event but provided their services free of charge.

In total we raised a magnificent £8300 and this has now been donated to the various breast cancer charities.

Once again, a huge big thank you to all involved in enabling us to give something back to our local Breast Cancer Care Units.
