THE FIFE COUNCIL (HALBEATH ROAD, DUNFERMLINE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2012 Fife Council has made an Order under section 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the waiting of vehicles on Halbeath Road from Garvock Hill to Lambert Drive as indicated by traffi c cones on site. The Order is to secure the safety of pedestrians and ease access to premises by emergency service vehicles during the operation of a market within the grounds of East End Park. The restrictions will be in force between 10.00 and 16.00 on Tuesdays and Fridays from 22/05/12 for a period of 18 months.
