Fife Council, under Section 37 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, propose to introduce speed
cushions and humps in Oakley as follows:-
Speed Cushions (3m x 75mm) on Link Rd, 75m or thereby northwest of the projected north
kerbline of Boswell Dr and 31m or thereby southwest of the projected south kerbline of Sir
George Bruce Rd and on Sir George Bruce Rd, 7m or thereby east of the extended boundary
line between 67 & 69.
Road Humps (6m x 75 mm) on Wardlaw Way, 10m or thereby east of the extended boundary
line between 68 & 70 Wardlaw Way and from the extended boundary line between 88 &

THE FIFE COUNCIL (HALBEATH ROAD, DUNFERMLINE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2012
Fife Council has made an Order under section 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffi c Regulation Act 1984
prohibiting the waiting of vehicles on Halbeath Road from Garvock Hill to Lambert Drive as
indicated by traffi c cones on site.
The Order is to secure the safety of pedestrians and ease access to premises by emergency
service vehicles during the operation of a market within the grounds of East End Park. The
restrictions will be in force between 10.00 and 16.00 on Tuesdays and Fridays from 22/05/12
