The content of the comment you wish to complain about was:

"In my opinion, i think if they are to build a new bridge (or tunnel) there should be tolls. I may only be 17 years old, but i am learning to drive, and quite frankly, paying a measly £1 or having to wait maybe 5 minutes to cross the bridge doesn't really bother me at all; but it could possibly bother those who have done a "long" shift in the office (but who cares, you're going home anyway!). If there is to be no tolls, tax payers money alone, and maybe the odd peice of funding, wont keep the constant up-keep of the bridge or tunnel up to scratch, thats what is happening to the current Forth crossing. In 1996, when there was still the two way toll, in total 20,374,086 vehicles crossed the bridge creating £8,781,504.96, and in 2003, 5 years after the one way toll was introduced, 12,005,151 vehicles crossed the bridge and a total of £9,798,341.00 was made; a whole £1,016,836.04 more than 1996, and in that year, the had the two way tolls; think of the amount they could make with the tolls on this new crossing, enough certainly to have a well maintained bridge, i believe. People should quite moaning about little things in life such as bridge toll traffic, and the pathetic amount (come on people, IT'LL ONLY BE ABOUT A POUND!)it costs to cross the bridge."
