Gary Dolan, of the school's senior side, is one of 12 youth players shortlisted for the award as a result of his neat finish at the end of impressive wing play during the Fife Schools Senior Cup final at New Bayview (video below).

The Jamie Skinner Goal of the Season is named in memory of 13-year-old Edinburgh youngster Jamie, who tragically collapsed and died on the pitch while playing for Tynecastle FC in 2013.

Last year’s competition saw Erin Cuthbert take the inaugural title, after her superb solo effort for Rangers FC 17’s Girls in the Scottish Cup final.

Voting lasts until tomorrow night (Wednesday) at 10pm through Youth Football Scotland's website, Twitter and Facebook pages.
