Bannockburn 0 Fife Southern 22
SOUTHERN moved up to third in the table after a convincing win on the road on Saturday.
More aggressive in attack right from the start, the Sharks had to wait, however, until midway through the first half before they broke down a stubborn home defence, Craig Paterson touching down in the corner for a 5-0 half-time lead.
Murray Forbes extended the winning margin with a penalty and two conversions before Daz Philps rounded off a good passing move with a try under the posts.
Forbes rounded off the scoring with a great individual score from the wing.
Southern"s defence has been breached just once in six league games, a run they"ll be trying to maintain at home to Montrose at Harley Street on Saturday.

Can you please start putting Fife Southern match reports up on the website again. They are having a fantastic season and are contenders for promotion! I would think you also have enough space in the paper to have photographs of the performances. The team may be in a lower league (at the moment) but are playing some classy attractive rugby that should be congratulated.
