THE Scottish FA have adjourned the case against Falkirk's Joe McKee after he was charged with excessive misconduct for allegedly abusing Dean Shiels.
McKee defended himself before the judicial panel this morning (Thursday) after being issued with a notice of complaint for his behaviour during the Irn-Bru Cup clash with Dunfermline on October 7.
The evidence against him was not concluded and the hearing will resume on December 5.
His teammate, Kevin O'Hara, was slapped with an eight-match ban by the SFA last week for his comments towards Shiels.
Although not specifically stated, it is believed that O'Hara made malicious comments about Shiels' missing eye.
