JIM Jefferies will be unveiled as the new Dunfermline Athletic manager at the club's training ground tomorrow.

The former Hearts, Kilmarnock and Falkirk gaffer will replace Jim McIntyre, who was sacked on Friday after a run of results that left the club bottom of the SPL.

With eight matches left, the Pars board has turned to the experienced Jefferies (61) to try and rescue them from relegation.

Pars, who will announce the appointment at Pitreavie, haven't won at home this season in any competition and are four points behind Hibs in the SPL.
