Pars prepare to take on Albert

THE Pars' pre-season preparations continue tonight with a short trip to Gardiners Park to take on junior side Lochgelly Albert.
Jim Jefferies will field a Dunfermline XI made up of new signings and players who did not feature in last night's 2-1 win over Berwick Rangers.
The Berts will be producing a 24-page full colour programme for the visit of their Fife neighbours which will be available for £1.50.
The Pars' competitive campaign kicks off on Saturday with a trip to Forfar Athletic in the Ramsden Cup.
