FOWLIE.- Suddenly at New Deer on Friday December 28, 2018 Alan Fowlie, aged 83 years of Dunfermline. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Catto, a loving father to Douglas and Bob, dear father-in-law to Helen and Sheila. Funeral Service at St. Ninian's Church, Dunfermline on Thursday January 24 at 10.30am thereafter to Dunfermline Crematorium for 11.30am, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given at the church or crematorium towards British Heart Foundation.

Sorry to hear of the loss of Alan. Great memories of him from way back at church and as a BB parent and police officer. Unable to attend funeral due to hospital treatment that day but the family will be in my thoughts. Douglas and Bob have lost their dad, but not their happy memories from their childhood and beyond, which will be of some comfort in the years to come. All the best lads. Ian Smith.
