WAINES Charles Passed away peacefully at Glenrothes Hospital, on Saturday 4th July 2020. Charles George, aged 73 years of Glenrothes and formerly Dunfermline. Much loved husband of Dorothy, loving father of Douglas, Gordon and Calum and a dear brother and son-in-law. Due to the current situation a private interment will take place at Kingskettle Cemetery.
