GIBSON Unexpectedly but peacefully on 13th November at Ninewells Hospital, Thomas (Tommy) aged 73, much loved husband of Nancy, dear brother to Jennifer and loving uncle to James and Gerald. Also a loving cousin, brother-in-law and uncle to many. Tommy spent most of his legal career with Malcolm, Jack & Matheson and was senior partner for a few years prior to retiring. He was a much respected colleague and friend to all who knew him. Sport played a huge part in his life playing hockey, cricket and golf with local clubs. Tommy was also an avid follower of DAFC from a young age. His funeral will take place on St Andrews Day, Monday 30th November. The cortege will be calling into McKane Park at 11am and passing East End Park at 11.15am before arriving at Dunfermline Crematorium for 11.30am. Unfortunately due to current restrictions the funeral will be private. Tommy's family have opened a Just Giving page on-line www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/tom-gibson-memorialfund to raise funds for an electronic scoreboard for Dunfermline & Carnegie Cricket Club in his memory. Forever in our hearts. RIP.
