CAMPBELL. - Jean and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and ex work colleagues of Matthew for their support, cards and kind expressions of sympathy. They would also like to thank Jeremy Ross for his comforting service. They send sincere thanks to the nurses, doctors and palliative care team for their care and attention. A thank you to Robert Good , Zara Napier and all at Co-op Funeralcare for their support. Lastly a thank you to all who paid their respects at Dunfermline Crematorium and contributed generously towards the LoveOliver charity, where at total of £334 was raised.
