McEWAN.- Elizabeth (Betty). Bert, Shona and Beth would like to thank the friends and neighbours who sent cards and expressed their condolences. We would like to thank Dr McIntosh and the District Nurses at Bellyeoman Surgery for their professional care and attention in making Betty's wellbeing as good as it could possibly be. Thanks to the Social Services who ensured that appropriate equipment was supplied to ensure that she was comfortable at all times. The carers from CarePlus who have attended to her needs for almost a year, have given a service which is to be admired, they became respected friends of Betty and the family. Thanks to John Stoddart and Sons for their assistance in making the funeral arrangements and the sympathetic manner in which they carried out their duties.
