MACFARLANE Blythe The family of the late Blythe MacFarlane wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Also for the cards, letters of condolence, floral tributes and donations to Great Ormond Street Hospital £300 was raised. Special thanks to Michelle and Stevie for all their help. Thanks to Jayne Johnson for a comforting service and to Yvonne McElwee and staff at Co-op Funeralcare in Dunfermline for funeral arrangements.
