BERNARD Dave Emma would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the lovely cards, flowers, kind words and support during this sad and difficult time. Special thanks to all ACS Carers, District Nurses and Doctors at Oakley Health Centre. Thanks also to Co-op Funeralcare, Dunfermline especially Pauline and Yvonne for their professional help and guidance. Finally a special thank you to the Rev Elizabeth Kenny for the fitting tribute to Dave, also the words spoken by Elizabeth on behalf of Dave was so moving and personal to me. Thanks to the Pitbauchlie Hotel for the catering, also thanks to everyone who paid their last respects at the church and Auchtertool Cemetery, a generous £320 was raised for Chest, Heart and Stroke, Scotland.
