THE FIFE COUNCIL (STATION ROAD, OAKLEY) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2019
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:-
(i) prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of:-Phase 1 - Station Rd (from A907 to Sir George Bruce Rd); and Phase 2 - Station Rd (from Sir George Bruce Rd to the C38);
(ii) temporarily revoke the one way traffic system on Sir George Bruce Rd (from Sligo St to Wardlaw Way); and
(iii) prohibiting the waiting of vehicles on Sir George Bruce Rd (from Sligo St to Wardlaw Way.
The Order is to allow carriageway resurfacing to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 01/07/19 to 19/07/19 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via A907, B903, A985 and C38. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
