THE FIFE COUNCIL RAISED TOUCAN CROSSINGS - B920 LOCHLEVEN ROAD, BALLINGRY
Notice is hereby given in terms of section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that Fife Council propose to establish pedestrian crossings in B920 Lochleven Rd, Ballingry. It is proposed that the crossings will be installed in the form of road humps as follows:-Speed Table (10m x 75mm) B920 Lochleven Rd 16m south of the extended south kerbline of Hill Rd in a southerly direction for 10m and 13m south of the extended south kerbline of Malcolm St in a southerly direction for 10m. Full details of the proposals may be examined during opening hours at Fife Council Headquarters, Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes and via public access pc's at your closest library. In terms of section 37 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 objections can be made to the installation of the road humps, but not to the provision of the pedestrian crossings.
