THE FIFE COUNCIL (65 (WEST) CAMPBELL STREET, DUNFERMLINE) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that The Fife Council in exercise of the powers conferred by the above mentioned Acts, on 9 NOVEMBER 2020, made the above mentioned Compulsory Purchase Order which affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, for the purpose of securing the carrying out of development of the said land that is necessary to achieve in the interests of the proper planning of an area in which the land is situated. The Order is about to be submitted to the Scottish Ministers for confirmation and comes into operation only if confirmed.
In terms of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 Schedule 6, Part 3 Section 9 (Power to publish or make available documents for inspection electronically) a copy of the Order and the map referred to therein are available for inspection online only at

65 (West) Campbell Street, Dunfermline being formerly ALL and WHOLE that dwellinghouse entering by 65 Campbell Street being the west most house on the upper floor of the tenement of four dwellinghouses numbers 61, 63 and 65 Campbell Street, Dunfermline (now demolished) in the County of Fife together with the coal cellar, garden ground and the whole joint and common rights pertinents and other appertaining thereto more particularly described in Disposition by John Murdoch Kelt in favour of Mrs Mary Millen or Bryson dated 11 March and recorded in the General Register of Sasines for the County of Fife on 1 April both dates 1965.
