AS AMENDED BY TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (MISCELLANEOUSTEMPORARY MODIFICATIONS) (CORONAVIRUS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2020
Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed planning permission in principle for mixed use town centre development, including retail, commercial, employment, healthcare, leisure, community facilities and residential uses, together with associated public realm, access, landscaping and infrastructure; and
Proposed residential development, with associated infrastructure and access on land at Blindwells, East Lothian.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, public consultation will be held online. A webinar event will take place on Wednesday 9 December 2020 between 6pm and 7pm. Additionally a live chat function on the website will also be available between 3pm-6pm and 7pm-8pm. During this time representatives of the applicant will be available to respond to questions received via the website.
The webinar event will take place on Zoom. Those wishing to join the session should visit the website and register their interest to receive an invitation to the session.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to East Lothian Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted to East Lothian Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
