Coronavirus (COVID-19): planning guidance on pre-application consultations for public events TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008 Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at site bounded by Crown Street, Cathcart Road, Caledonia Road and Lawmoor Street for erection of new residential development of 356 apartments with associated access, parking, landscaping and engineering works. A public consultation event will be held by means of an online virtual public exhibition from 17th December 2020 to 14th January 2021 at https://www.crownstreetresidential.com/ with a 'virtual' live consultation event held 2pm-6pm 17th December 2020. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so within 28 days of this notice by email to contactus@crownstreetresidential.com or in writing to N Jamieson, Craighead Properties, 1st Floor, 1 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh, EH2 2BD. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
