THIRD LAND USE STRATEGY

The Scottish Government has determined that the Third Land Use Strategy is not likely to have significant environmental effects and that a Strategic Environmental Assessment is therefore not required. The screening determination can be viewed at

determinations-october-2019-to-october-2020/. However, a voluntary SEA will be undertaken to support the Strategy's preparation and to help identify opportunities for environmental enhancement. A copy of the determination can be obtained by emailing
