Hillside Road, Bank Street & Manse Road, Neilston (Temporary Restriction to Use of Road) Order 2021
On the 28 July 2021 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The restriction authorised by this Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months, as prescribed by legislation.
The restriction is necessary in order to facilitate the essential resurfacing works being carried out on or near these roads.
The Order authorises the closures of Hillside Road, Bank Street & Manse Road to vehicular traffic, and will be in effect from Monday 6 September until Friday 24 September 2021.
Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident and vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it's possible and safe to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time.
Alternative Routes: Phase 1 Hillside Road: Holehouse Brae -Main Street - Bank Street and Vice-Versa,

Phase 2 Bank Street: Hillside Road -Braehead Road - Main Street and Vice-Versa,

Phase 3 Manse Road: Broadlie Road -Neilston Road and Vice-Versa.
