The proposed development at This Site Address Is Still To Be Recorded On Our Property Database (Temporary Address Used) Fife is subject to assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011. Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Fife Council by Taylor Wimpey East Scotland relating to the planning application (Ref: 17/01686/EIA) for Residential development (approximately 340 residential units) with new roads and associated infrastructure, and including demolition of existing buildings at Wester Whitefield Farm At Land to East of Whitefield Road, Dunfermline. Possible decisions relating to the application are:- (i) approval of the application without conditions; (ii) approval of the application with conditions; (iii) refusal of the application. A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be viewed online at www.fifedirect.org.uk/planning or inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at Fife Council - Economy, Planning and Employability, Kingdom House, Kingdom Avenue, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 5LY during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice. Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased from Geddes Consulting, The Quadrant, 17 Bernard Street, Edinburgh, EH6 6PW at a cost of £300 in paper format or £25 for CD format. The non technical summary is available free of charge, separately on request.
