17/00721/PPM - Planning permission in principle for mixed use development comprising the erection of up to 300 residential units, commercial use, associated access/ egress, infrastructure, roads, open space and SUDS - Land At Goshen Farm, Haddington Road, Musselburgh, East Lothian.
The proposed development detailed above is subject to environmental impact assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017.
Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report has been submitted to East Lothian Council by Turley on behalf of BDW Trading Ltd / Ashfield Commercial Properties Ltd. This relates to planning application 17/00721/PPM, seeking planning permission in principle for the proposed works detailed above.
A copy of the EIA Report and the associated planning application may be inspected at the Planning Service, John Muir House, Brewery Park, Haddington, during office hours or online at www.eastlothian.gov.uk
