THE FIFE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ROSYTH) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC -SPECIAL EVENT) ORDER 2017
Fife Council has made an Order under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984:-
(i) prohibiting the use by through traffic of Ferry Toll Road (from Ferry Toll Pl to King Malcolm Dr); and King Malcolm Drive (from St. Margaret Way to Ferry Toll Rd) from 06.00 until 17.00 on 04/09/17; and
(ii) prohibiting the waiting and loading of vehicles on both sides of Ferry Toll Road (from Ferry Toll Pl to the B980 Castlandhill Rd); King Malcolm Drive (from Ferry Toll Rd to 250m or thereby west of St. Margaret Way); St. Margaret Way (from King Malcolm Dr west for 250m or thereby); and the B981 (from Ferry Toll Rd to the Queensferry Hotel) from 12 noon on 28/08/17 until 12 noon on 29/08/17 and 06.00 on 04/09/17 until 23.59 on 05/09/17. (THE RESTRICTED AREA WILL BE IDENTIFIED WITH NO WAITING CONES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RESTRICTIONS MAY RESULTS IN VEHICLES BEING TOWED AWAY WITH A PENALTY APPLIED)
The Order is to allow a special event to take place in safety. The alternative route for through traffic will be via Milne Rd; Barham Rd; Millennium Ave; Castle Rd; A985 Admiralty Rd; and the B980 Castlandhill Rd.
