THE FIFE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ROSYTH - SHIP NAMING CEREMONY) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2017
Fife Council has made an Order under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984:-
(i) prohibiting the use by through traffic of Castle Road (from Stuart Rd to Millennium Ave) and Barham Road (from Stuart Rd to Millennium Ave); and
(ii) prohibiting the waiting and loading of vehicles on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule hereto.
The Order is to allow a Ship Naming Ceremony to take place in safety and will be operational between 06.00 and 18.00 on 08/09/17. Access for emergency service vehicles, residents and pedestrians will be maintained. TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING
Hilton Road (both sides) over its entire length inc the service road and parking areas; CastleRoad(both sides)from FerryToll RdtoStuartRd; Millennium Avenue (both sides) over its entire length; Barham Road/Milne Road/King Malcolm Drive (both sides) from Stuart Rd to Ferry Toll Rd; Ferry Toll Road (both sides) from King Malcolm Dr to Ferrytoll Roundabout; and
St. Margaret Way (both sides) from King Malcolm Dr westerly for 420m or thereby.
(THE RESTRICTED AREAS WILL BE IDENTIFIED WITH NO WAITING CONES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RESTRICTIONS MAY RESULT IN VEHICLES BEING TOWED AWAY WITH A PENALTY
