NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDERTHE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that: London Clubs Glasgow Limited of the following address: 2 Lister Square, Edinburgh, EH3 9GL is applying under Section 187(b) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino Premises Licence issued under the Act. The application relates to the following premises: Alea Casino, 4A Springfield Quay, Paisley Road, Glasgow, G5 8NP. The application is pursuant to Secta 187(b) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary the converted casino premises licence to seek approval of the plans submitted with the application to rectify historical minor errors, including updating the fire equipment on all floors and the changes on each floor as listed below: Ground floor: Update of doors opening directions; Insertion of "distribution room" in casino demise (grid line J with 4); Alterations of lobby walls around stair to gym; Minor alteration of main entrance glass weather lobby; Update of room names. Mezzanine: Addition of electrical cabinet; Addition of room names; Minor updates to wall layout in male changing room. First Floor: Door opening direction updates; Upd^of opening in screen? to private dining; Removal of screen in "terrace" (GL 2/3&B/C); Addition of electrical cabinets; Addition of back of house store room in casino demise. Second floor: Removal of doors from internal plant room to gym;
