J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC. give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for the following proposed development:

Construction of a residential development (private housing for sale and

affordable housing) and a bakery building for Stephen's Bakery (with Use Classes 4 (Business), 5 (General Industrial) & 6 (Storage or Distribution)) plus associated roads, car parking and infrastructure at Primrose Lane, Rosyth

Further information on the proposed development will be available at a public exhibition being held as follows:

Wednesday, 15th November 2017 (10.30am - 2.30pm)

at

The Parkgate Community Centre, Parkgate, Rosyth, KY11 2JW

Representatives of J. Smart & Co. will be in attendance to answer questions.

Note: Comments submitted at this stage are not representations to Fife Council. If, following this consultation exercise, J. Smart & Co. submit a planning application, there will be an opportunity to submit representations to Fife Council at that time.
