Written comments may be made to the Service Director - Regulatory Services, Scottish Borders Council, Newtown St Boswells TD6 0SA within 21 days from the date of the publication of this notice. Alternatively, representations can be made online by visiting ourweb site at http://eplanning.scotborders.gov.uk/online-applications/ It is also possible to visit any library and use the Planning Public Access system to view documents. To do this, please contactyour nearest library to book time on a personal computer. Please state clearly whetheryou are objecting, supporting or making a general comment.
