TRANSPORT SCOTLAND THE A90/A9000 TRUNK ROAD (FORTH ROAD BRIDGE) (PROHIBITIONS ON USE AND STOPPING) ORDER 2018 THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that on 10th April 2018 they have made the above Order under sections 1(1)(c) and 2(1), (2) and (3), 84 and 124(1)(d) of and paragraph 27 of schedule 9 of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and section 5(3) of the Forth Road Bridge Act 2013.

TRANSPORT SCOTLAND THE A90/A9000 TRUNK ROAD (FORTH ROAD BRIDGE) (PROHIBITIONS ON USE AND STOPPING) ORDER 2018 THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that on 10th April 2018 they have made the above Order under sections 1(1)(c) and 2(1), (2) and (3), 84 and 124(1)(d) of and paragraph 27 of schedule 9 of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and section 5(3) of the Forth Road Bridge Act 2013.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Scotsman
dated 28th November 2017, the Dunfermline Press
dated 30th November 2017, the Queensferry Gazette
dated 1st December 2017 and the Edinburgh Gazette
Issue Number 27957 dated 1st December 2017.
The Order comes into force on 24th April 2018.
A copy of the Order as made, together with a plan
showing the lengths of road involved and the byelaws
and Orders revoked may be examined free of charge
during normal business hours until 25th May 2018 at
the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House,
58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF; Forth
Replacement Crossing Contact and Education Centre,
Adjacent to Forth Road Bridge Administration Building,
South Queensferry, Edinburgh, EH30 9SF; South
Queensferry Library, 9 Shore Road, South Queensferry,
EH30 9RD; Inverkeithing Library and Heritage Centre,
Inverkeithing Local Office Civic Centre, 10 Queen
Street, Inverkeithing, KY11 1PA; and Rosyth Library,
Parkgate Community Centre, Parkgate, Rosyth,
KY11 2JW.
Any person wishing to question the validity of this
order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is
not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or of any
relevant regulations made under that Act has not been
complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on
which the order was made, make application for that
purpose to the Court of Session.
A copy of the Order and this Notice will be
available on the Transport Scotland website at
https://www.transport.gov.scot/transportnetwork/
roads/road-orders/#.
