NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 21 18/00485/PPM - Planning permission in principle for proposed Mixed Use Development comprising residential development, education, business, industry, storage and distribution, innovation hub (including class 2,3,4,5 and 6), employment uses, commercial hub including hotel, local retail, cafe/restaurant, community facilities, residential neighbourhood centre (including class 1,2,3 and 10), playing fields, changing facilities, public park(s) and associated works - Land At Old Craighall Village, Musselburgh, East Lothian The proposed development detailed above is subject to environmental impact assessment undertheTown and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017.

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report has been submitted to East Lothian Council by Holder Planning on behalf of Persimmon Homes East Scotland. This relates to planning application 18/00485/PPM. seeking planning permission in principle for the proposed works detailed above.

A copy of the EIA Report and the associated planning application may be inspected at the Planning Service, John Muir House, Brewery Park, Haddington, during office hours or online at www.eastlothian.gov.uk
Copies of the EIA Report may be purchased from Holder Planning, South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN, telephone 01315382290, at the following prices: EIA Report- £750 per copy; Electronic copy - £10.
Any person who wishes to make representations to East Lothian Council about the EIA Report should make them in writing to the undersigned within 31 days from the date of this notice.
All matters raised in representations will be addressed by the Planning Authority's report on the application.
