THERE'S likely to be traffic delays and queues on Halbeath Road in Dunfermline due to Scottish Water works.
The utility company are making a start today (Friday) on a project to repair and relay a section of sewer pipe.
A spokesperson for Scottish Water said the work would take place outside 1 Halbeath Road, close to the mini-roundabout at the bottom of Garvock Hill, and result in a lane closure.

The work, which includes digging down to a depth of around 1.5 metres, is scheduled to last for five days and will continue over the weekend.

She added: "Traffic management is required for this work and lane closure.
"Work will begin on July 21 for five working days."
