Award-winning Scots traditional music group RURA are appearing at the Carnegie Hall (Annexe) on Sunday 13th January at 7.30pm.
RURA won 'Best up and coming act' at the Scots Traditional music awards in 2011.
Their line-up features pipes, whistle, flute, fiddle, bodhran, guitar and vocals. and they play a mix of classic Scots tunes and their own compositions.
Three of the members have been individual finalists in the BBC Radio Scotland young traditional musician awards. RURA's debut album 'Break It Up' was released in March 2012.
