A MAJOR cruise operator is set to launch a new season of voyages from Rosyth.
The new Fred.Olsen Cruise Lines 2014/2015 season offers four sailings from Rosyth but will start on 31st July with a 10-night sailing to the Norwegian fjords aboard their 804-guest ship, Black Watch.
Other sailings from Rosyth include a 13-night Baltic voyage to Scandinavia and St Petersburg in August and an 11-night France, Spain and Guernsey cruise in September.
Nathan Philpot, sales and marketing director for Fred.Olsen Cruise Liners, said that Fred.Olsen was “committed to offering Scottish guests a range of intineraries and destinations to choose from”.
He added, “We will be increasing the number of sailings that we offer from Rosyth from four in 2014/2015 to five in 2015/2016.
“So, we would like to encourage our loyal Scottish guests to take the chance and see more of the world with Fred. Olsen, from right on their doorstep!”
