POLICE in Fife have confirmed that a 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a number of bag thefts from the Dunfermline area in Whitefield Road, Woodmill Road and Bendachin Drive.
He is due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court today (Monday).
