TRAFFIC management is being put in place on the Kincardine and Clackmannanshire Bridge to help ease the flow of traffic after the closure of the Forth Road Bridge.
The Press understands that the Clackmannanshire Bridge will be used for vehicles travelling towards Fife, while the Kincardine Bridge will take vehicles travelling away from Fife.
There is expected to be lengthy tailbacks through the villages and on surrounding roads after the news broke that the Forth Road Bridge will be closed until the New Year.
Drivers are being asked to use public transport and travel only when necessary, but there are already problems with railway station car parks overflowing.
Keep checking the Press website for more updates as we receive them.
