THE partner of the Rosyth woman who was tragically killed in a car crash on the A9 has paid an emotional tribute to her.

Kimberly Robertson, 31, died at the scene following the crash last Thursday evening.

Her partner, Brian Hampson, wrote an emotional tribute to her on the Press' Facebook page which read: "Love you so much babe will miss you always! Love of my life always and forever!"

The incident occurred near Luncarty at around 7.30pm, with Ms Robertson passing away despite receiving treatment from paramedics at the scene.

She had been travelling in the front passenger seat in a car when it collided head-on with a van.

The five-year-old has been released, but the girl is still in hospital.

The 36-year-old driver of the Honda Civic came out from the crash with minor injuries.

A statement from Police Scotland confirmed that investigations into the details of the crash were ongoing.

Tayside Division said that enquiries into the full set of circumstances of the incident were ongoing and appealed to anyone who may have information that could assist officers to contact 101.

A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
