Amazon's warehouse in Dunfermline has been sold for £54 million.
The fulfilment and distribution centre, on Sandpiper Drive, was bought by Dubai-based asset management group Rasmala from the Tritax Amazon Fund.
Tritax had acquired the site from Infra Red Capital Partners for £42m in 2012. The deal has no effect on the current operation of the centre.
Amazon signed a 20-year lease for the Dunfermline site, their biggest UK facility, in 2011.
The one million square foot centre, the size of 14 football pitches, was purpose-built to support the arrival of 750 jobs after a long campaign to bring the online retailer to the town.
Amazon were first credited with a move to Dunfermline in December 2006 and a planning application was approved but the deal fell through.
Then First Minister Alex Salmond announced in January 2011 that the firm would open their distribution centre, with plans to open by the end of that year.
Scottish Enterprise helped pave the way for Amazon to come to West Fife by providing £2 million in Regional Selective Assistance and £500,000 in training grants.
