A ROSYTH man’s home was raided and drugs worth up to £9,700 were found by police.
Greg Reedy claimed he was just storing them for someone overnight.
Reedy, 31, of Primrose Court, admitted that on September 1 last year at his home address, he was concerned in the supply of amphetamine.
Dunfermline Sheriff Court was told that the raid took place after police received intelligence. Officers found two sets of scales and 970 grams of amphetamine in Reedy’s home.
Defence solicitor Stephen Morrison said: “He had accrued some drug debts and he’d been asked at very short notice to look after the drugs for one night because somebody’s freezer had packed in. He stupidly went along with that.”
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Reedy will return to court to be sentenced on 27th June.
